How Vantage™ handles information.
Version: privacy-2026-08-21 · Last updated August 21, 2026
This notice describes the information handled by the Vantage™ Public Beta, why it is used, and the controls available to account holders. Vantage™ is designed around persistent business context, so customers should understand that information intentionally supplied to Business DNA, the Digital Business Map, Coach, Operator, approvals, and feedback can be retained to preserve continuity.
1. Information you provide
Depending on how you use the service, Vantage™ may process account information such as your email address; Business DNA answers; business goals, constraints, skills, offers, audiences and operating preferences; prompts and feedback; approval decisions; support requests; and information needed to administer your selected billing relationship.
2. Information generated through use
Vantage™ creates product state such as Digital Business Map progress, recommendations, hypotheses, positioning, prepared Operator work, tasks, approvals, execution records, measured outcomes, Decision/Learning Ledger entries, and Next Best Actions. Public Beta also records limited acquisition and product events so we can understand whether the customer path works.
3. Why we use information
- Provide and personalize the Vantage™ service.
- Preserve Business DNA and business-stage continuity.
- Generate Coach recommendations and Operator preparations.
- Enforce permissions, approvals, billing entitlements, and security boundaries.
- Measure reliability, activation, customer experience, and Beta performance.
- Respond to support, privacy, billing, and account requests.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the service.
4. AI processing
Information submitted to AI-powered features may be sent to configured AI service providers for the purpose of generating the requested output. Vantage™ minimizes the operating context sent to these providers to what is useful for the task and maintains separate product state in its own application database. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to process.
5. Payments
Payment-card details are handled by Stripe through Stripe-hosted or Stripe-supported payment experiences. Vantage™ stores billing identifiers and status needed to provide entitlements, reconcile events, manage subscriptions, and support applicable Success Start or Growth Partnership economics. Vantage™ does not need to store full card numbers in its application database.
6. Service providers
Vantage™ uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication/database services, AI processing, payments, and—when configured—transactional communications. Providers receive information only as needed for their role in delivering the service and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Public Beta analytics
The Public Beta records events such as landing-page activity, signup, onboarding progress, activation, pricing/checkout state, Coach/Operator milestones, approvals, measured results, and feedback. Anonymous public-site events use a random browser identifier rather than requiring a name. Vantage™ does not use the Public Beta event layer as a reason to collect sensitive personal information.
8. Retention and deletion
Business state is retained while needed to operate the account, preserve continuity, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or support legitimate audit records. Account holders may submit an access, correction, or deletion request through the Support page. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
9. Your choices
You control what Business DNA and business information you submit, whether to approve consequential Operator actions, and whether to continue a paid subscription. Lifecycle communications may be limited to service-related messages required to operate the account; optional promotional communications should provide an opt-out where applicable.
10. Data sale
Vantage™ does not sell Public Beta account conversation or Business DNA content to advertisers. Product data is used to provide, secure, measure, support, and improve the service as described here.
11. Security and Beta limitations
Vantage™ uses authentication, row-level data controls, server-side secrets, permission boundaries, and action-level approval architecture. No internet service can promise absolute security. Public Beta may contain defects, and customers should review important AI-generated work before relying on it.
12. Contact
